• use the website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders;
• do not place false or fraudulent orders, in which case we will be entitled to cancel them and inform the relevant authorities;
• provide us with your email address, postal address, and other information to complete and fully utilize the site.

By accepting the terms and conditions of use of the site, you authorize us to use this information to contact you. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your order.

By placing an order through this website, you warrant that you are of legal age (18 years or older).

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The items offered through this website are available for delivery exclusively within Italy.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION

To place an order, you must follow the online checkout process and click "Authorize Payment." You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order. All orders are subject to approval, and you will be notified by an email confirming that your order is being shipped. We will not be obligated to supply any unordered products until we confirm in the Shipping Confirmation that such products have been shipped.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product orders are subject to availability. Therefore, in the event of supply problems or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value, which you may choose to order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amounts you may have already paid.

8. REFUSAL OF AN ORDER

We reserve the right to remove and/or delete any product that no longer meets our quality standards at any time. While we will always do our best to fulfill all orders and ensure you receive the quality you deserve, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process orders after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for the removal, modification, or deletion of any products from our website.

9. DELIVERY

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous article reported in point 7 and except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, we undertake to do everything in our power to send the order of the product(s) indicated in the relevant Shipping Confirmation by the date indicated in such Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the time frame estimated at the time of selection of the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery deadlines, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing your purchase by setting a new delivery date, or canceling the order and receiving a full refund.

Please note that home deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be deemed to have occurred or the order "delivered" upon the acquisition, by you or a third party indicated by you, of physical availability or in any case control of the products, which will be proven by signing the order receipt at the agreed shipping address.

If you choose to have your order delivered to our store, which does not incur shipping costs, you will need to provide or display your order confirmation.

For delivery to one of our stores by a designated person, the name, surname, date of birth, and residence of the designated person and the person delegating the order must be provided. In this case, the designated person must present identification and submit the signed authorization along with the Online Sales Receipt.

You will have 14 days to collect the product from the date we send you an email confirming the product's availability at the store.

10. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver your order, it will be sent to our courier's warehouse closest to the delivery address you provided. We will send you a notification specifying the location of your order and how to contact our courier to collect your order.

If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control after 30 days from the date your order is available for delivery, we will assume that you no longer wish to receive it. As a result of termination of the Contract, we will refund all amounts paid by you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, within 6 days of refusal of the order, less the return and storage costs.

11. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS

The risks relating to the products will pass to you from the moment of their delivery.

12. PRICE AND PAYMENT

12.1 Price

Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which are added to the total amount to be paid.

Prices may change at any time; however (except as set out above) changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Once you've selected the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart, and the next step is to complete your order and make payment. To do so, you'll need to follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the information requested at each step of the purchase process. You can also change your order details at any time during the purchase process before payment.

12.2 Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, Scalapay, PayPal, credit card, or debit card.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in three installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, your card will be charged before we accept and ship the product. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email from PayPal (if you have chosen this payment method).

Clicking "Authorize Payment" will confirm that the credit card is yours.

Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer, but if that institution does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we will not be able to complete any Contract with you.

For PayPal payments, the payment process is handled directly by the PayPal website; we will not receive any data relating to your relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found at www.Paypal.it.

Once the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the card, the charge will be made; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

13. VAT

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT 22%).

In this regard, and in accordance with Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax (VAT), deliveries will be deemed to be made in the Member State indicated in the delivery address of the items, with the applicable VAT being that legally in force in each Member State of destination of the items delivered in each order.
