Exchange information

Our policy provides a 6-day return period.

If 6 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

We offer the option of exchanging or receiving a voucher for the value of the product you wish to return (excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery). The voucher will be valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of issue.

As soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will be contacted via their personal email address/WhatsApp number.

If you choose the GOOD
It can be used only once within 3 months from the date of issue, under penalty of forfeiture.
It cannot be combined with any other Return Vouchers.
